Pickup & Delivery FAQs

Scheduling a pickup is effortless. Go to our Schedule Page, select your desired services, input your address, and choose a preferred date and morning/afternoon/evening time window. Our GPS-tracked van en-route alert will notify you when our driver is 15 minutes away.
Absolutely not. We operate a strict **Sterile Batch Control** policy. Every client's order is washed, dried, and folded in entirely isolated machines and folding tables. Your clothes never mix with anyone else's garments at any stage of the care cycle.

Drive-Thru Drop-Off FAQs

Simply drive into our designated green drive-thru valet lane. You don't need to schedule beforehand or get out of your vehicle. Just roll down your window, hand your laundry bag to our concierge, they will weigh it instantly on high-precision digital scales, and a digital weight ticket is sent directly to your phone.
Once your garments are cleaned, you will receive an SMS notification containing a collection barcode. When you arrive back at our drive-thru lane, present the barcode to our concierge, and we will retrieve your fresh clothes and hang them in your car window within seconds.

Billing & Pricing FAQs

Yes, to maintain efficiency in our bespoke facility, we enforce slight minimum weights: - **Wash n Fold:** 15 lbs minimum. - **Hang Dry delicates:** 10 lbs minimum. - Orders weighing below these limits are accepted but will be billed at the standard minimum weight charge (15 lbs and 10 lbs respectively). - Dry Cleaning items do not have a weight minimum since they are priced individually.
Our standard turnaround time is **24 hours**. For example, if we pick up your laundry at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, we deliver it back by 9:00 AM on Wednesday. If you need it sooner, we offer a **12-hour Express Service** slot at a minor 50% surcharge (highly subject to slot availability).
